· We identify 15-30 prospects, which will be winnowed down to 2-3 end-candidates
Approach and Pre-sell – calls, visits, engaging and filtering candidates
· Japan requires intense face-to-face work, we create strong personal relationships that result in better reading of interest and commitment by end-candidates
• Client Visit – scheduling and visit assistance for your management team, post-visit follow-up, EME final report
Outcomes
  • Market positive case: We find a partner/distributor who finances your market entry and guarantees your first 1-3 years’ sales
